I talk them over with my family & partner I listen to all the options and go from there...or I will take the dogs for a long walk and think things over, while listening to the river...

i just go in my room, where no one or nothing can disturb me, and that helps me think better.

I talk about it with family and/or friends, and if I want to think privately or find time to study, I go to my room where it is quiet, or go to another quiet place like at school or the library when I get the chance for that.

When I’m dealing with though decisions I talk with friends or just deal with it, in my own. Usually I stay in the room for hours and think about it, and at the end I could figure something out that can help me through.
What if it’s a problem and you cant stop thinking about it. How will you get yourself to relax and forget about it for awhile?

I usually have a long think about the effects of any decision I intend to make before making them. I am able to focus my mind on the big ones, because I've motivated myself enough to make the big and right decisions. You just have to possess the right amount of inner strength, determination, courage and bravery, and as long as you're right, noone can be affective in standing in your way. With regards revision though, I just have to want to revise badly enough, if something very important is distracting me, I try never to get my priorities wrong. Exams aren't everything, They only determine what career you'll have. They don't determine what happens in any other important aspect of your life.
